This attribute specifies the maximal mail size which is allowed for the mailbox to send (in bytes).

If this attribute doesnt exists, the owner of this mailbox can send mails with unlimited size. However, there could be a general size limitation in the configuration of an MTA module or a connector.
Strange fact: The Submission-Cont-Length-Attribut is NOT an operational attribut, the directly related attribute Deliv-Cont-Length
on the other is in fact an operational attribute.
