This attribute is mandatory for all Exchange 5.5 mail recipient objects, because Exchange 5.5 routes and delivers mails based on the X.400 mailflow!
This is a case ignore string data type. The X.400 address has to be unique in the entire Exchange 5.5 organisation!
Normally the X.400 address is part of the multivalue attribute otherMailbox, in which all types of recipient addresses are stored. The primary X.400 address is the one where "X400" is written in capital letters. If you change the textEncodedORAddress attribute, you have to change the otherMailbox attribute accordingly.
