This backlink array is filled up automatically by the system when other mailboxes are changed so that the current mailbox here is set as "prohibit send" mailbox. In this case, the Unauth-Orig attribute of the other mailbox is changed.
The Unath-Orig-BL attribute is an operational attribute which is not automatically retrieved by a GetObject() or an GetInfo() call.
